It was an exciting night of boxing in Colorado with action packed bouts that had local fans in "awe" as though gas prices were lowered to $2 a gallon. CC Edwards and Moonlight Promotions, including Match-Maker Chris Morris, put together an excellent line-up of high quality fights. In the Main Event, Jennifer "The Razor" Barber of Los Angeles, California and Brooke "No Mercy" Dierdorff of Elgin, Illinois battled for the vacant NABF Women's Featherweight title. Barber came in to the fight undefeated, 7-0, sporting wins over Adriana Delgado and Hondi Hernandez. Dierdorff, although 4-3-1, came with the tougher resume, holding a win over Mia St. John and having faced Alicia Ashley and Jeannine Garside, the WIBA Women's Champ.

In the co-main event, Jose "El Asesino Caro Nino" Morales of the Catacombs Stable took the ring with Jairo Delgado of D-Town Boxing.
